Payment, Shipping & Returns

PRIVACY POLICY:

  • We do not sell, trade, or share any of your information.
  • Your purchases and information you share with us about your collection are kept completely confidential.
  • Shipments are discreetly packaged and labelled to ensure your privacy and security.

PAYMENTS:

We offer several payment options for our customers convenience and security. 

We accept:

  • PayPal
  • Most major credit cards
  • Personal/business checks
  • Cashiers checks
  • Money orders
  • Wire transfers
  • Layaway plans are available. (See below)

At check out simply select the option that best suits your needs.

Due to high amounts of credit card fraud, your shipping address must match the billing address for your credit card.

If you choose to pay be check or money order, you purchase will be held until the check clears our bank.  This can take anywhere from 3 to 7 business days (usually less that 5 days). Your purchase will ship the day your payment clears.

LAYAWAY PURCHASE PLANS:

We offer flexible layaway purchase plans customized to your specific needs.  Typically, this involves a 10 to 20% down payment followed by scheduled payments until balance is paid off.  For more information, email Brian@bsrarecoins.com.  

SHIPPING:

  • Currently we only ship to United States addresses. 
  • We ship through USPS, but offer FedEx and UPS in certain situations.
  • We provide FREE EXPEDITED SHIPPING and insurance.
  • If you pay by credit card, we only ship to your billing address. 

RETURN POLICY

  • You may return items purchased within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Returns not accepted for certified coins that have been returned from their original holder.
  • We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item), otherwise you are responsible for return shipping.


You should expect to receive your refund withiin 3 business days of our receipt of the returned item. 

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
